Thanks to the continuous collaboration with Ballarini Zwilling, on november 16, Cities2030 Vicenza Food Lab is going to meet the students of IIS Almerico da Schio. Based in Vicenza, it is one of the most important schools in the area for professional training in the fields of food&wine and hotel hospitality, commercial and tourism services.
It will be the occasion to introduce the Cities2030 project and the initiatives developed so far in the framework of the Vicenza Food Lab, with specific regards to the Lab#1 – Students as CRFS Ambassadors. Above all, it will be the occasion to talk about the role of young chefs in designing a more sustainable, healthy and resilient food system for the city of Vicenza and its territory!
